Jasper Mayor David O’Mary and City Clerk Kathy Chambless made a surprise visit to Jasper High School Monday to present a $2,500 check to JHS chef/instructor Marulynn Lockett. O’Mary made the donation from his discretionary funds for Lockett’s use in her culinary arts classes.
