PARRISH – The 13th annual Parrish Christmas Giveaway is underway and is in need of support.
Applications have been sent home with each child from Parrish Elementary School. The applications are scheduled to be back Wednesday, Nov. 23. Once approved all children in the household under 18 are included in the Christmas Giveaway. At that time, organizers will take the information from those applications and make an itemized list of sizes that are needed. New shoes, jackets, socks, underwear and toys will be provided for each child.
“We must make sure every need is met,” Parrish Mayor Bubba Cagle said. Donations from individuals, local businesses, and churches make it possible. Please help provide and fill these needs.”
The pickup day will be Saturday, Dec. 17. Families will come to Parrish Elementary to receive their Christmas presents that day.
Drop off locations will be set up soon at, Son’s (Parrish), and Parrish Town Hall.
