Deputy R.J. Richardson obtained a drug search warrant for a residence on Pine Drive in the Boldo community. The Sheriff’s SWAT, K-9 and Narcotics Divisions on Wednesday executed the second search warrant at the residence in a number of days.
Upon entry the SWAT team found a person overdosing on heroin/fentanyl. Regional Paramedical Services (RPS) responded to the scene to treat the patient.
Investigators made three arrests on warrants with the Jasper Police Department and seized drug paraphernalia.
One other individual was taken to the county jail.
Amy M. Minor Gardner, age 50 of Boldo, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
“We will be consulting with the District Attorney about seizing the home due to the continued drug activity,” Sheriff Nick Smith said.
Smith said 88 drug trafficking cases have been made by the Walker County Sheriffs Office since 2019.
