Diva Sparkle Phillips is a 10-year-old chi-weenie, and her human is Daisy Phillips. Diva is the featured pet by The Community Journal in our “I Love My Pet” weekly special.
“Diva is very loud, grumpy, has crippling anxiety and loyal,” Phillips said. “I love her because she reminds me of myself.”
