The Community Journal is excited to announce that Sean Dietrich, known by many as “Sean of the South,” will now have his worked published weekly as a part of our digital news product.
Dietrich is a columnist and novelist, known for his commentary on life in the American South. His work has appeared in Southern Living, The Tallahassee Democrat, Good Grit, South Magazine, Alabama Living, the Birmingham News, Thom Magazine, The Mobile Press Register, and he has authored seven books.
“Sean’s work is a perfect fit our southern community news product,” said James Phillips, co-founder of The Community Journal. “Our readers will enjoy the wit, charm and heart in his writing. I’m thankful that Sean agreed to let us publish his work on our platform.”
