Realty offices hold cleanup day in Jasper

By James Phillips, The Community Journal

Realty offices across Jasper participated in a cleanup day last week, picking up litter throughout areas of the city.

Each office at its own discretion cleaned up needed areas in the community on Thursday, May 4.

“All offices in our listing service participated,” said Brian Alexander, owner/broker of White Pepper Realty.

Kathy Cooner, broker at RealtySouth, said her office enjoyed the nice weather and picked up lots of trash.

“We all really enjoyed it. We love giving back to the community,” she said.

Alexander said he hopes the cleanup day grows to multiple times each year, adding other organizations could join in.

“This is where we live and work,” he said. “We are proud of our community and thankful that we get the opportunity to assist others with buying and selling the American dream of home/land/property ownership. We want the very best for our clients.”
