The former First Christian Church building in downtown Jasper will soon be transformed into residential living spaces.
Renderings for the project, which would have four loft/condo spots occupying the historic building, was unveiled last week during a Jasper Main Street event held inside the space.
The outside of the nearly-century-old building will remain basically the same with renovations taking place on the inside.
More specific details of the project have not been released at this time. The building is just shy of 100 years old, and it was home to First Christian Church until earlier this year when the church closed its doors for the final time.
