Jordan Madison, a Republican candidate for Walker County Commission Chairman, recently held a campaign rally at Five Loaves Bakery and Cafe in downtown Jasper.
Approximately 60 people attended the event, which featured several speakers supporting Madison’s candidacy as well as a speech from the candidate.
“What an incredible night it was at our campaign rally,” Madison said about the event. “I’m truly humbled and grateful to see so many of you show up with such enthusiasm and support. The room was buzzing with energy and excitement.”
Speakers at the rally included Jasper attorney Nich Sparks, pastor and Jasper police officer Heath Allred and Brandon Stearns, a local resident whose children attend Madison’s business, Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. All spoke of Madison’s character, enthusiasm and energy as reasons they are supporting his candidacy.
Madison said he was impressed by the turnout and support for his first campaign rally.
“With nearly 60 people in attendance, it’s evident that our community is ready for a fresh direction and a leader who understands their needs,” he said. “This rally was just the beginning, and it’s clear that the momentum is on our side.
“As we have a little over four months left in this journey, let’s keep this positive energy going strong,” Madison added. “We’re on the path to making Walker County an even better place for everyone.”
