Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers®, a fast-casual restaurant concept, opened Tuesday, May 16, at 2059 Hwy 78 in Jasper. Freddy’s is known for its cooked-to-order steakburgers made with lean 100 percent ground beef, all-beef hot dogs, crispy shoestring fries and frozen custard treats made with freshly churned chocolate or vanilla frozen custard.
“We’re thrilled to bring the Freddy’s experience to Jasper and look forward to serving the community with our fresh, cooked-to-order menu items and genuine hospitality we call the ‘Freddy’s Way,’” said Brian Pyle, franchise owner. “Our commitment to premium ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere will make our new location a destination for families and friends looking for a quality meal in a fun and comfortable environment.”
The 2,724 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 60 guests, has additional seating on the patio and drive-thru service. Mobile ordering through the Freddy’s app and website is also available. Hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
