An Overdose Awareness Walk took place Thursday, Aug. 31, at the Walker County Courthouse Square.
The event was sponsored by ROSS, Recovery Resource Center and Walker Area Community Foundation. Speakers included Carl Carpenter, Sharreda McCullar Anderson and Mrs Alabama Universe United Abbey Hammack Davis. Molly Grace Quinn performed.
