The Jasper Swim Team will host the 13th annual Landshark Run-Swim-Run on Saturday. The fundraiser for the Jasper Swim Team is a two-mile run, a 200-yard swim, and another two-mile run.
The event can be completed in teams up to three people with one doing the first run, one doing the swim and one doing the second run.
Registration fees are $20 for an individual, $40 for a two-person team and $60 for a three-person team.
The Landshark Run-Swim-Run race starts at 7 a.m at the Memorial Park Natatorium in Jasper. Teams can register the day of the event beginning at 6 a.m. To pre-register, go to runsignup.com/Race/AL/Jasper/JasperSwimTeamLandshark.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will go to the Jasper Swim Team. Officials with the team said purchasing new starting blocks is a goal for the funding.
