Jasper Fire and Rescue, along with Jasper Police Department, responded to a call at the Beacon House in Jasper on Tuesday.
Jasper Fire confirmed to The Community Journal that it was a grass fire outside the building. There is currently no word on what started the fire, but there was no imminent danger to the building itself.
