Two suspects were caught allegedly burglarizing a home Sunday afternoon in Eldridge.
Family members were regularly checking on the residence when they noticed someone trespassing on the property. The suspects were confronted and kept at bay until deputies from the Walker County Sheriff’s Office arrived on scene.
Property from inside the residence was found inside the suspect vehicle. Both suspects were armed with handguns.
Deputy Matt Handley investigated the matter and placed both suspects in custody.
Albert James Mansell, age 46 of Hamilton, was arrested for Burglary 3rd degree and Theft of Property 4th degree.
Marcia Gayle Anderson, age 49 of Hamilton, was arrested for Burglary 3rd degree and Theft of Property 4th degree.
