There are a host of fall festivals, trunk or treats and Halloween-themed events planned across Walker County over the next several days.

SATURDAY, OCT. 28
Argo First Baptist Church is hosting Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 28, at 5:00 pm.
Twilleytown Church of God of Prophecy is hosting Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 28, from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Activities include lots of free food, candy and an inflatable slide.
Cordova will host its annual Trunk R Treat this year at Indian Head Mill Park on Saturday, October 28, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. There will be Food Trucks on site.
Poker Run/Trick-or-Treat in Downtown Jasper on Saturday, October 28. It’s gonna be a great time. Purchase your poker packets at Crawfish Warehouse/The Breakroom. Benefits The Walker County Children’s Advocacy Center.
Pineywoods Fire and Rescue 4th annual Trunk or Treat is set for Saturday, October 28, at 5:00 pm.
Friendship Independent Church of God will have a fall festival on October 28th at 4pm. They will have hotdogs and chips, chili cook off, cake walk, and many more games. Everyone welcome at no cost.
Jasper Elks Lodge is hosting a Halloween party on Saturday, October 28, starting at 8:00 pm. Put on your best costume and come jam with us at the lodge! Music by Runaway Rhonda.
Samaria Baptist Church will host a Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 28, at 5:00 pm. Ages 13 and under. In case of rain the Trunk or Treat will be held behind the church in the basement. Address is: 70 East Lake Road Jasper, Al 35501.
Prospect Independent Church is hosting a Fall Festival on Saturday, October 28, at 5:00 pm. Fun includes games, cake walk, food, bounce house. 3505 Prospect Road, Nauvoo.
Night of the Living Metal 5: Something TWISTED This Way Comes… presented by Twisted Barley Brewing Co and Southern Night Records on Saturday, October 28, at 7:00 pm. 520 19th Street W, Jasper.
Crawfish Warehouse is holding a Halloween Party on Saturday, Oct 28th. Dress up in your best costume and sign up for the Costume Contest at 10 pm. Lots of food and drink specials with some extra scary fun.
Faye Whittemore Farms’ annual Halloween Bash and Trunk or Treat is set for Saturday, October 28 from 5:00 pm – 12:00 am. $5 admission; $5 for haunted hay ride. Live band 7:00 pm – 12:00 midnight.
BAM Arcade is hosting a Halloween Trunk or Treat in their parking lot on Saturday, October 28, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Everyone is invited to set up their cars and join the fun of giving out candy.
Blondie Salon is hosting a Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 28, from 6p-8p. Wear your best costume! Located at 381 Main Street, Sumiton.
Boldo Fire Department invites you to Movie Night on Saturday, October 28th! They will be showing Hotel Transylvania! Gate opens at 6:15 pm. Movie begins at 7:00 pm. $10 per car. Costume contest for 12 and under crowd. Bring your own chairs and/or blankets.
New Era Wrestling is hosting “Nightmare on Kiker Lane” on Saturday, Oct. 28 at Swann Gym in Jasper. There are five matches scheduled for the event, including Jasper’s first-ever casket match. There will also be a costume contest for kids and adults with winners receiving wrestler merchandise. Tickets are $15 for ringside and $12 for general admission. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with bell time set for 7:30.

The Crossroads Church of Christ is hosting a Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 28, at 5:30 pm.
Dilworth Community Center is hosting a Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 28, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
Town Creek Volunteer Fire & Rescue will be hosting their annual trunk or treat on Saturday, October 28, at the fire station from 6pm – 8pm. Located at 27 Coon Creek Road, Empire.
Camp COOL’s 5k BOO-Run will be at Gamble Park in Jasper 7:30 to – 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 28.
Trick or Treat Tennis, presented by Jasper High School Tennis – K-8th Grade Clinic is set for October 28 from 8 a.m.-9:30 a.m., $15 with High School and Adults Round Robin 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m., $20. Costumes are welcomed.
Stall-and-Treat with Horses will be at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28. The event will include a spooky scavenger hunt, hayride, Stall-and-Treat and movie in the arena – Address: 1428 Bush Drive, Jasper, AL 35504
Hilloween – Halloween on the Hill will take place in Downtown Carbon Hill at 5 p.m. on Oct. 28 with Fun, Food, Trunk or Yreat, Inflatables and Games.

Aldersgate Church is hosting a Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 29, from 4 till 7. They will have candy, chili and hot dogs.
Empire Church of God is hosting a Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 29, from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Hollow Hills Park, 4796 Coon Creek Road. Cake walk, food trucks, snow cones and games.
Owens Chapel will hold a trunk or treat on Sunday, October 29, at 3:00 pm. Located at 2276 Coon Creek Road in Empire.
Fall Fest in downtown Jasper. This year 17 churches and other local non-profits are joining together to provide a great day of fun for families. Sunday, October 29, from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Sumiton Church of God is hosting a Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 29, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Walker County DHR is hosting a Trunk or Treat on Halloween from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
Boldo First Baptist Church will be hosting Trunk or Treat on Tuesday, Oct 31 from 5pm to 6:30pm.
Gamer’s Guild will be hosting a costume contest on Halloween.
The Town of Oakman invites everyone to their Halloween Block Party on Halloween from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm in downtown Oakman! Music, food, games and trunk or treat.
Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church is hosting Trunk or Treat on Halloween starting around 5:00 pm.
Dora 2nd Baptist Church is hosting Trunk or Treat on Halloween from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Located on HorseCreek Blvd. FREE Hotdogs.
