The town of Parrish hosted the annual drive-thru Capstone Rural Health “Back 2 School’ supply and backpack giveaway on Friday at the old Parrish High School.
“It was another great turnout,” said Parrish mayor Bubba Cagle. “The town of Parrish is thrilled to host an event that helps families across the area get ready to get back to the classroom.”
The event offered families the chance to bring school-aged children to receive free backpacks filled with school supplies, food, haircut and shoe vouchers and more.
